We are excited to open room sales today! Read below to ensure the fastest process to secure your spot at our first LTTL Playdate.

Sale information:

• Sales are now open here on Accelevents. On sale today are:
  • King room + tournament badge
  • 2 Queen room + tournament badge
  • King Room + non-tournament badge
  • 2 Queen room + non-tournament badge.
• The person who purchases the room and associated badge will be the Room Captain for this event. After the vetting process (more on that in a moment), Room Captains will recieve links/codes to give to their planned roommates to purchase their own badges.
  • Of note: Room Captains will have until 11/18 to hand out their roommate badge codes and for them to be purchased. After the 18th, unclaimed roommate badges will re-enter the pool for badge-only sales.
• After purchasing your room package, you will then recieve an email with a link to a google form to fill out our Community Check (known as our vetting process). It is important that you fill out this form ASAP. Only attendees who have passed the Community Check will be able to attend LTTL events, including this one.
  • You will not recieve badge information, roommate badge codes/links, or hotel information until AFTER you have cleared our Community Check.
  • If you have not completed your Community Check by 11/18, you risk losing your room and badge.
  • Replies to the Community Check will start going out on 10/18 and then in rolling waves on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please allow 96 hours from the time of form submission for responses.
• We will be offering badge-only sales and concert ticket sales at a later date. Stay tuned for more information.
• As with all of our events, attendees must purchase their hotel room and badge through our sales site and not through the hotel or another third party.
• All attendees are subject to our convention rules, which can be found here.
• All sales are due at time of purchase. All sales are final, and there will not be refunds offered for cancellations.
