Welcome to LIttle Trouble Tabletop League (LTTL). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Indemnity and Release
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LTTL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, any violation of these Terms of Use, or any content you submit or post. You release LTTL from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have with other users of the website.
2. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use, whether under contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to LTTL in the last six months preceding the claim.
3. Media and Educational Institution Restrictions
Members of the media are restricted from using the website for any journalistic or reporting purposes. Media professionals may access and use the website solely for their personal enjoyment and not for any professional or commercial activities. Unauthorized use of the website for media purposes is prohibited. Members of Educational Institutions such as colleges and universities are prohibited from using the website for research and/or metric gathering.
4. User Conduct
Users of the website are expected to engage in respectful and constructive interactions. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Bullying, harassment, or attacks on other users.
- Racist, discriminatory, or offensive language or actions.
- Any form of abusive or threatening behavior.
Failure to adhere to these conduct standards may result in the suspension (Probation) or termination (Banned) of your account.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. You are prohibited from posting or sharing personal information of others without their consent. This includes but is not limited to addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
6. Accurate Personal Information
When required, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
7. Identification Documents
Users may be required to provide necessary identification documents for specific events or services. This may include but is not limited to government-issued photo identification or other forms of verification. Failure to provide required documents may result in denial of access or participation. Identification documents may be requested electronically before the event as part of the package/badge purchase process in addition to being requested at the event during the badge registration process.
8. Restriction of Use
Individuals who are less than 18 years of age or are not permitted to access mature or adult content under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction may not access LTTL websites. If LTTL learns that anyone under the age of 18 has accessed the website LTTL will immediately terminate their access. Individuals under the age of 18 when event sales begin are not permitted to purchase packages/badges even if they will turn the age of 18 by the start of the event.
9. Changes to Terms
LTTL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
